Buying A Watch
How to buy a watch?
We strive to make purchasing a watch as smooth as possible, whether in-store or online.
Customers are welcome to book in-person appointments from Monday to Friday, or shop anytime at luxuriantconcierge.com to explore our selection of watches.
What is our return policy?
We have a 7-days no questions asked return policy with following requirements.
- The watch is not damaged or modified.
- The watch comes with all its paperwork, box, tags as first purchased.
- Request to return must be made before the 7th day of ownership.
What is our warranty coverage?
Every watch we sell comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers:
- Any internal mechanical issues not caused by human interferance.
- Watch not keeping accurate time.
- Band size adjustment upon purchase.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Human caused damages.
- Lost item.
- Nature dial color patina/wear.

About Our Company
How do you verify authenticity?
Our watches are 100% genuine. Our certified watchmakers meticulously open and inspect each timepiece and its contents to verify authenticity. Due to high demand, fake luxury timepieces have become increasingly prevalent in the market. Some online claims exist in regard to determining authenticity with tips or tricks, but the only real way to verify is by opening the watch and inspecting the movement. Luxuriant Concierge can proudly claim we have never sold a fake watch.
Where are you located?
We are located in Downtown, Los Angeles, California.
How is your product?
Every watch on our website is in-stock and ready to ship. The photos of our product are actual photos of the product you are going to get. We do not use stock photos.
Payment Options
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept bank wire, cash, and credit card.
Paying with credit card
For customer who is paying with credit card, there is a 3% credit card processing fee.
In addition, to ensure the safety for both parties, we require our customer to sign a "credit card authorization form" and provide us with a copy of government ID before final payment is made.
