Warranty


WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY: 

The warranty only applies to mechanical issues. The warranty does not cover cracked, scratched or broken crystals. The warranty also does not cover broken crowns or clasps for that is something the consumer misused or abused. Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent from Luxuriant Concierge Inc. will render this warranty null and void. Furthermore, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. ( in writing ) will render this warranty null and void. The warranty also does not cover wholesale/dealer orders.

Notice
Luxuriant Watch Concierge's Inc.’s two-year service warranty is limited to U.S. based customers only. It does not apply to international transactions. All international sales are final.
The warranty is also non-transferable and is only valid for the original buyer.

We will not be responsible for any watches that are sent in to us for repair without prior notice. Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. is not liable for any watches lost in transit for warranty repair.

Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. is not held liable for any watch that has been serviced by another retailer besides our own. When a watch has been serviced by another retailer, the warranty is automatically voided. Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. is grateful for your cooperation.
