We source our watches from trusted dealers around the globe whom we have worked with for decades. We have the ability to procure nearly any watch on the market within a 1-week timeframe(usually shorter). Our main priority is our customers satisfaction. In fact, we don't have an automated office phone. All of our customers calls are received directly by one of our sale representatives because this is the way we would want it when purchasing a luxury timepiece. All of our practices are in place to provide transparency and comfort with our customers and foster relationships that will continue to be beneficial to both parties.
