- STILL HAS ITS TAG
- ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED

IN ORDER FOR A RETURN TO BE EVALUATED THE FOLLOWING PAPERWORK MUST BE PROVIDED:

Watch Name
Invoice Number
All Paperwork/Documents Provided


Please Note: This return policy only applies to purchases related to direct orders from the Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. website. If you purchased from our other platforms, feel free to contact the platform directly to initiate the return according to their policies. 

How to Ship Your Watch after your item has been redeemed returnable:

You can ship out your watch via an insured shipping carrier such as: UPS or FedEx. Please make sure to contact us to receive the address for where you will be shipping it to. 

  1. Print out your shipping label.
  2. Grab two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
  3. Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box.
  4. Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.
  5. Tape the shipping label to the outer box.
  6. Schedule a pick-up or drop your package off at an authorized shipping facility like UPS or FedEx.

Luxuriant Concierge is not another large watch reseller with a standardized pricing structure. We are a small team who are involved in every step from start to finish of your watch buying experience. We have been in the market as a wholesaler for 35+ years and in the retail space for the past 10 years. We source our watches from trusted dealers around the globe whom we have worked with for decades. We have the ability to procure nearly any watch on the market within a 2-week timeframe(usually shorter). Our main priority is our customers satisfaction. In fact, we don't have an automated office phone. All of our customers calls are received directly by Robert or Max because this is the way we would want it when purchasing a luxury timepiece. All of our practices are in place to provide transparency and comfort with our customers and foster relationships that will continue to be beneficial to both parties. We are interested in ethical business practices in a market with lots of deception. Buying a Rolex should not be a head spinning proposition.
