Lifetime Upgrade Program

ALL OF OUR WATCHES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE LUXURIANT WATCH CONCIERGE UPGRADE PROGRAM

The Life-Time Upgrade Program allows you to receive about 80% to 90% of what you paid for your timepiece towards the purchase price of another timepiece.

The price of the new Timepiece/watch must be at least 35% greater than the cost of your trade-in timepiece.

The watch must be returned without any damage or modifications. If the watch has been damaged or modified, the amount of the trade-up value may be less than what you paid. Thus the watch must be deemed approved by a Concierge representative beforehand. You can get your watch evaluated for a trade-in by sending in your watch. Please email us before getting this situation initiated.

The Lifetime Trade-up Program is not a buy-back program, it is a trade-up program. It applies only to timepieces that were purchased from Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. Watches not purchased from Luxuriant Watch Concierge Inc. are not applicable to the Lifetime TradeUp Program. The Lifetime Trade-Up Guarantee is non-transferable.
